Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid. We don't offer Cash on Delivery.
How can I pay?
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–5 working days for Delhi NCR and metro cities, and 4–15 working days for other locations.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible orders can be returned as per our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. Customers arrange and pay for return shipping themselves.
Which bar is right for my skin?
Dry skin or tightness after a shower: The Hydration Bar, with Honey and Shea Butter.
Body-acne-prone skin: The Clear Bar, with Neem Oil and Tea Tree Essential Oil.
Dull skin or surface roughness: The Exfoliating Bar, with Coffee and Vitamin E for gentle physical exfoliation.
Everyday dirt, dust and pollution: The Deep Cleansing Bar, with Charcoal Powder and Rice Bran Extract.
How do I care for my bar?
Use the cotton rope to hang your soap between uses instead of leaving it on a wet soap dish. This lets excess water drain and the bar dry.
Your bars are sold out. When are they back?
Stock is on its way. Get notified and we'll email you when the bars are back.
